Payment at check-in
Please note that for direct bookings, payment must always be made either before arrival via bank transfer or upon arrival at the property.
Confirmation Deposit
To confirm our rooms, we always require a co-signatory deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay, which is non-refundable.
Unforeseen events and changes during your stay
If any unforeseen circumstances or changes occur during your stay, you will not receive a refund.
Gift vouchers
The gift certificate is non-refundable. The gift certificate is valid for one year and the issue date is specified on the certificate itself. The expiration date is the date by which the stay must be completed. The same payment, change, and cancellation policies apply to the gift certificate, as described on this page.
